PunterHits is not a sports betting or gambling platform. No odds-based staking, random draws, or betting pools are hosted.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your participation complies with your local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

PunterHits provides skill-based sport prediction competition platform.

Winners are determined strictly by the skill, knowledge, accuracy and consistency of predictions.

There is no wagering or chance-based mechanism involved.

You may create an account to participate in both free and Premium Play competitions. Users must provide accurate, complete information during registration.

We may verify your identity using government-issued ID.

Premium Play offers access to advanced features and higher-ranking competitions; it does not guarantee monetary wins.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud or manipulation.

PunterHits may offer cash prizes, gift items, digital rewards, or third party sponsored incentives.

No user funds are staked, only digital coins are staked to compete for the prizes.

We comply with Nigerian AML/CFT laws. Users engaging in suspicious or fraudulent activities.

Prizes are awarded based on merit (ranking), not by chance.

We reserve the right to substitute, suspend, or cancel any prize offering.

Premium Play is a voluntary paid tier that provides access to more games, analytics, or exposure.

Withdrawal requests may be subjects to identity verification.

We comply with Nigerian AML/CFT laws. Users engaging in suspicious or fraudulent activities will be monitored, reported to authorities, and restricted or banned from the platform.

Payments are non-refundable and do not constitute bets or wagers.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent yourself or use multiple accounts.

• Use automation, bots, or scripts to gain unfair advantage.

• Attempt to circumvent the platform's rules or systems.

PunterHits is NOT a gambling or betting platform. It is not involved in any gaming transactions and it does not provide gaming or gambling service.

We do not offer, accept, or facilitate any form of wager or stake.

We do not guarantee any financial gain, and participation is at the user's discretion.

Any predictions used to aid betting on traditional sport bookies is at user risk. The tournament organized on the Website is Virtual Sport Betting Competitions i.e. only for entertainment purposes and rewards. Any tips, Match/League, etc. on the app are needed to be considered as a Virtual Prediction Competition.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We comply with relevant corporate and financial regulations including CAC, SCUML, and tax laws.
